Airey and Coles have been working closely with the Hotel owners since 2005, during which time the facilities have undergone a major transformation to make it a destination of choice on the North Cornwall coastline. A number of projects have been completed during this period including a new luxury pool and spa facility, new eco lodges, upgraded sea wall defences, improved and reworked entrance and arrival, refurbishment and extension of the main restaurant and more recently a new waterfront RNLI and bar / restaurant facility.

Total investment by the Hotel over this period in excess of £15 million. Airey and Coles are delighted to be a part of this strategic expansion and refurbishment and are currently working on developing the next phase of projects with the Hotel. This demonstrates our ability to develop and foster longterm client relationships.
