Josh joined Airey & Coles in 2021, as a Graduate Civil Engineer. Josh graduated from The University of The West of England, achieving a First Class BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering. Having deliberated for a short while, Josh decided aerospace wasn’t for him and progressed a career in civil engineering.

Since joining the company Josh has been involved in a range of projects from domestic properties to multidisciplinary health care facilities. He continues to progress his foundation knowledge whilst applying his innovative approach to every project he works on. A key aspect he looks to progress in the coming years is his knowledge of SuDS as the industry continues to evolve toward more sustainable solutions.

Josh is a very active member of the team, he is involved in cricket, football and rugby clubs whilst also taking a role in coaching the younger age groups. As a result, Josh’s natural competitiveness is reflected both in a sports domain and within the office.
